Tires Plus

Terry and Eric are phenomenal! I have switched Tires plus locations to make sure I’m in the hands of Terry and Eric knowing they ALWAYS goes above and beyond and makes sure everything on all 3 of my vehicles are tip top shape. I’ve never had to call or go back for any reason when either of them are involved. Terry is not only personable, but makes you feel welcome, takes the worries away with your car troubles and extremely great to work with. Eric is Terrys right hand man who is there to make things happen behind the scene, has always been a joy to see when I arrive and never lets me leave unsatisfied. They truly go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t bring my services elsewhere! Trust and believe me

These guys are awesome. Bring in multiple fleet vehicles for repairs and regular maintenance. Yesterday had low air in rear tire and found a screw in it. Set up an early appointment. Friendly coming through the door, walked out to log the vehicle and took a look at the screw and said easy, get you out in 30 minutes. True to the time they had me back on the road. What a diffence from the norm ! Just a delight to listen to the interaction with repeat customer's in their shop. Reminded me of the repair shops of old. Vehicles cost money to keep up but at least they can be honest and polite which is what happened. Will be back again of course.

Went back to this Tires Plus location on Baymeadows Rd with my truck today. I did so because I had such a great experience when I brought my wife’s car for service several weeks ago. I must say, these guys are excellent. They are the best service providers in town. Eric, Chris and the whole team working here are totally focused on helping their customers. They are honest, helpful, friendly and fast. I wish every place worked with the atmosphere and service orientation they have. Kudos to these guys 👏 and I highly recommend this shop!!!
