⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Layla at Tires Plus in Bartram! Every time I come in, she is an absolute delight. She is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help me. What I appreciate most is that Layla never makes me feel uncomfortable when I don’t know exactly what I need. She takes the time to explain things, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I understand my options. She always works hard to find me the best deal the store can offer, and I truly feel like she has my best interest in mind. She is so sweet, professional, and welcoming, and her customer service is truly exceptional. Having someone like Layla who you know you can trust makes such a difference, especially when dealing with something as stressful as car repairs or unexpected tire issues. Tires Plus is incredibly lucky to have her. I am so thankful for all of her help and for the way she consistently makes every experience a positive one. Layla deserves all the recognition in the world — she is truly amazing! 💕
We were visiting Jacksonville and stopped to gas up for the return trip to St Petersburg when we spotted a nail in the left rear tire. Fortunately, we were near Tires Plus and the staff welcomed us, worked us in, made the repair and had us on the road in about an hour. The staff was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We were very pleased.
I requested documentation showing what was done to my vehicle, but Jesse refused to provide any. The only solution I was offered was to wait two days to speak with a manager. I dropped my vehicle off with one issue, and it was returned to me with four additional issues. Not only was the original problem not repaired, but no one could provide documentation explaining what work was performed. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to the dealership, where I was informed that there is at least $1,200 in repairs resulting from issues caused during my visit to Tires Plus. What has been most disappointing is the way this situation has been handled. Rather than showing any concern or attempting to resolve the issue, Jesse was dismissive, condescending, and spoke to me with a smart, disrespectful tone. At no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that anyone cared about making the situation right. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, both because of the damage to my vehicle and because of the lack of professionalism and customer service I received. I expect accountability, documentation of the work that was performed, and a prompt resolution to this matter. Update: spoke with manager John who said they have no documentation but could send me what was “on his screen”. I asked to that to be emailed and he said he would. Over 24 hours later and I have no email.
I wish I could give zero stars Made an appointment for 10:00 AM and showed up on time. The first thing they did was try to upsell me on an alignment for my high-performance Challenger. While I was waiting, a guy walked in after me needing brakes on all four wheels. When I asked why my tire appointment was going to take until 1:00 PM, I was told it was because my car needed extra care due to the low-profile tires and wheels. I came back two hours later and my car hadn't even been touched. Meanwhile, the guy who walked in after me already had his vehicle in a service bay. Then the story changed. Now I was told they didn't have a technician available. So let me get this straight: the guy doing brakes at a tire shop can't change tires? That's a you problem, not a me problem. Don't tell customers one thing and then give them a completely different excuse later. If you're behind schedule, just be honest. Between the upselling, the excuses, and the lack of communication, it was obvious customer service wasn't a priority. If you value your time, I'd look elsewhere.
Layla was very engaging, while remaining professional. I appreciated the personal attention I received during my visit. My car was finished being serviced before expected, which was appreciated after a day full of errands.
