Tires Plus

Always a pleasurable experience! The team at Tires Plus is knowledgeable, has great service, repairs things and communicates quickly. We’ve been taking our cars here for years and will continue to. Comfy waiting area with refreshments if you have to wait.

Went in for an oil change. During inspection they checked out my air filter, and I said I’d do it myself. Then instead of reconnecting the air intake I guess they just closed the hood? Without putting it back together? Because when I went to replace the filter myself it was completely disconnected and just sitting there. Thankful that I replaced the filter later that day so it was only jangling around loose under the hood for a few hours. Will not be returning.

I have come to this location the last few times and they have always taken great care of me/my car. I don’t have to question what’s wrong, they already provide the issues before I ask so I can make that informed decision. The customer service is superior at this location! Won’t go anywhere else for car maintenance.

Super shoutout to Mr. Nick at the Mandarin Jax location for going above and beyond to assist me on today’s recent visit! Nicki and staff working are super friendly and professional. I scheduled online a free tire rotation and brake inspection. I’m pleased to continue visiting Tire Kingdom for all my vehicle maintenance needs!
