Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They got me taken care of quickly l, explained everything clearly, and pricing was fair. It's nice to find a car care place that actually cares about It's customers. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!!
I had a low brake pedal issue on my dad’s 16 Honda odyssey, they checked the pads and rotors and said they were good. Steve recommended a brake flush, picked up the vehicle the following day and oh man! Feels perfect! I’m glad they didn’t try and sell me things we did not need like other places. I will be bringing my other vehicles here for service.
We've been bringing out vehicles here for years, and always recieve great service!! Its an extremely busy shop, so being flexible with your time is crucial. We always make appointments for routine stuff, and are usually in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I also know how busy they can be, so i always keep my appointment time open. All in all, great shop!!!
The manager was open and honest about the needs of my vehicle maintenance. Gave me the opportunity to chose what services to do and what needed to wait. He was very patient and explained everything in detail and gave me feedback on how to proceed with my maintenance without being pushy!
The time to perform the repair was good , And the counter people were good and seemed knowledgeable in the conversations I overheard while waiting. The prorated tire was $31 good but $50 dollars of additional costs? Got charged for a TPMS service kit and installation that was not replaced. It was my fault for not walking outside and standing outside the service bay where I could see the repairs. But shoukd I have to do that to feel comfortable about a tire?
