Tires Plus

I’ve been using these guys for a few years and bought a full set of tires for both my truck and my wife’s car in the last few months. I had a slow leak on her car a month ago so I called and they said come in and we’ll fit you in. After I sat there for an hour I was told it will be at least another hour so I left. Yesterday I went in there with a slow leak on my truck tire and was told we only have 1 mechanic by the TWO guys behind the counter. I left but came back to tell them I wasn’t happy. Well when I walked back in not 2 minutes after leaving and he said we can help you now! He made No attempt to walk to the parking lot and catch me to tell me that. These guys recognize me in here and know that I’ve spent a lot of money with them, several thousand dollars in the last couple of years. I feel like they could have at least acted like they wanted to help instead of feeling like I’m a hassle to them. After both bad visits I went to Goodyear down the road and was welcomed with open arms and help pretty quickly. I will only come back to Tires Plus if I have a warranty issue with my tires. I shouldn’t feel like an interruption and a hassle for you guys when I come in so won’t anymore .

Took car in for alignment check and tire rotation. Have nothing but great things to say! Friendly, prompt, great customer service, was in and out in about an hour!!! Many thanks to district manager who happened to be there and Tyler who assisted me. GREAT people at this location. Made my day a lot better!!!

Found out I had a nail in my tire. Got to Tires Plus and Ryan let me know they were shorthanded and about to close, but he took a look for me. He noted that my tires were too worn to repair and I needed new ones. He helped me get a great deal and Daniel was able to put them on before closing. Great team, I'll be back!
