Brought my daughter‘s truck up to get an alignment, that had been modified. One or two changes needed to be made. They let me know exactly what needed to be done. I was able to take it home make the corrections and bring it back up the next day. They got the alignment done in plenty of time for my daughter to be able to get to work. Great bunch of boys.
I could be happier with the crew at tire outlet. There awesome work with and very thorough. Customer service is absolutely top notch and I feel the pricing is very fair. You have a customer forife and I will be bringing all my vehicles to from hear moving forward! Thanks again you guys rock!!!!
I have used this location in Green Cove a few times and each time it has been the same. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE on my end (a flat tire is ALWAYS BAD) HOWEVER the staff is without question aware of how important their role is to getting their customers back in the swing of life. They are super fast, very friendly professional and great to deal with … I have witnessed other customers rushing (like me) and met with kind mature staff who understands the moment and turns a HORRIBLE situation into much easier difficult moment to bear.
Very professional very likable.. In-N-Out .... Everyone there was considerate and there was no pressure... Grateful for honest hardworking people that do what they like and like what they do
The boys did an excellent job and top notch customer service. Watched three episodes of Music City Trucks and I was out of there on 6 new tires for my 45' Toyhauler. OUTSTANDUNG! Skip the BS and waiting all day on "Should be an hour or two" hook and crook shops. These boys get'r done. Thanks Guy!
