I was highly impressed by the response I received from this establishment. I was. Greeted by Steve Cohen Store Mgr. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of what was needed for my vehicle. He also was a blessing financially due to my hardship. I will be returning back soon for ALL of my vehicle issues. Thanks again for just caring about the customers and services.

Henry and Steve took great care of me on my recent visit. I was on limited time and another company botched my appointment that morning. Called Henry and he took care of me and had me booked in no time. I knew it’d be a little longer since it was a Saturday but I was in and out within an hour and half without an appointment for 4 new tires. Great professional service by Henry, Steve and the rest of the crew at Tire Outlet on Beach Blvd. Highly recommend!
I was traveling from out of town and had a bolt in my tire on my rental I arrived at Tire Outlet very upset and distraught at around 3pm Henry was absolutely amazing! They did not have my tire in stock, so he arranged for it to be picked up and brought to the store As a result of Jacksonville traffic, it took some time to get the tire to the store (after closing time) Henry and his two tire technicians stayed well past closing time to replace my tire and get me safely back on the road Amazing group of men that turned a very stressful situation around to help me Thank you!
Wonderful service! As a Female customer, I have been taken advantage of in the past but this team treated me and my kids extremely well. I was a walk in with no appointment and it took about 3 hours but was still excellent service. They follow up with a 360 vehicle condition report and I will be revisiting to have additional work done. Thank you!
