These people are the absolute BEST. They will not disappoint. Service is professional, fast and efficient. George seen I was in distress and was willing to work with me and make sure I had the best tires possible leaving the shop. 10/10 would recommend to anywhere looking for services near the 103rd Area.
I would give this company zero stars if I could unless you are prepared to waste your money & potentially put your life at risk DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICES these people do not care about you or your car just your money, they use old rusty equipment on your car. This company is very unprofessional & should be shut down immediately, Just had an employee install a lug nut stud to my car Saturday which he didn’t screw the stud all the way. After the services I noticed my car was shaking so I called the company and was told that there was an imbalance in my tires WRONG! I had to travel to TX the next day & 3 hours into my drive my entire wheel came out off with my son in the car I could’ve lost my life. When confronted they all shifted blame elsewhere even though they were the last to work on my car & it was perfectly fine before coming to them! Not to mention the owner has been avoiding me & leaving his employees to do his dirty work for him he even tried to low ball me for the cost of the damages so now I am forced to take legal action. One simple job turned into something far worse. I will be warning everyone about this place. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t make the same mistake as me, do not waste your money with this lousy company
Robertt and Doug worked on my car. I was very happy with the service I got they gave me a very good tire for a good price. They checked on my other tires. They make sure everything was good. I feel like I got a lot of service. I highly recommend if you need tires. This is the place to go
Ty really did a great job with consulting me on a tire he saw unfit to drive on and also did the brake service on all four tires in no time. Really good job! I’ve come here before but it’s better and better each time. Thank you guys!
Always my go to place, These guys are fantastic & always take great care of me & my vehicles. Excellent customer service, Never had any issues with any of their services, tires, or pricing and they always see to be open when I need them. Possibly the best place in Jax and HANDS DOWN THE BEST ON THE WESTSIDE!(:
