I JUST WANT MY MACHINE BACK!!! I have been waiting over a year for repairs to my desktop machine, which TLTS originally built, but cannot get a call back or a text answered. The original build developed hardware issues which caused it to give Blue, Black, and Green Screens of Death. Returned it to TLTS and paid for the repairs, twice. It continued to be a problem. Returned the machine to TLTS multiple time, with the issue returning each time.Dropped off the machine in Nov 2025 with the promise that it would be fixed this time. Called and texted and was told it would be fixed within days. Weeks would go by. No word. I stopped by and was told the same - days to finish. No word. Texted and was told I would receive updated every day until the repair was finished. I have heard nothing since then (this was February). I'd like to have my machine back, hopefully fixed, but at least back in my possession so I can get it fixed by someone else if need be.

Amazing customer service. Lady over the phone was very nice. Clean environment. Fixed my brothers PC with very quick return time. Showed a lot of respect, thoroughly explained anything we asked included random questions about display items. The KEYBOARD DISPLAYS they have are AMAZING! Thank you !! Will recommend anyone here and I will come back for any pc needs.

Great experience! PC was built to my budget and exceeded performance in every way! Build was timed exactly as they claimed too! Great small business, cannot recommend more for PC builds and repair. The custom keyboards are extremely impressive too
