  This company was paid $800 to do an appraisal in Kissimmee on a home selling for $430,000. Despite all the recent comps in the area reflecting the selling prices between $420k and $450k and higher, this company used comps from outside the area to intentionally devalue the appraisal of the home to $399k, affecting lending and closing on the home. Further research shows this to be a pattern of behavior by this company, who intentionally devalues homes. They also did not use the correct square footage, failed to notate it was in a flood zone, and made numerous errors on their report. When they were asked to re-evaluate based on their errors they refused. Beware, they will take your money and not do the job correctly. Charles Sean Grau should lose his license. Research companies before wasting nearly $1000 on an appraisal because this level of thievery and incompetence should be punishable by law.
