This physician rushed into the room & through the entire appointment. She did not make eye contact with me. She did not listen to my problem & prescribed a medication that was completely wrong for my problem. She did not explain anything about the medication she was prescribing so I had to research about it on my own. She admitted to not having treated much IBS & wasn’t sure how to treat my problem. She didn’t seem to know the medication I requested which I had been treated with before even though this medication has been available since 1966 & is commonly used to treat intestinal spasms from IBS. The MA that roomed me spent more time with me than the doctor. She was running 30 minutes behind and she was very flustered however that is not an issue for me at all. If she was spending time with her patients listening to their problems & educating them. I believe these doctors have too many patients on their schedules daily to offer quality care.
My question is why is this doctors office always running behind with every patient they have even sitting in the waiting room I noticed 15 other people in the waiting room so that tells me that she is prescribing something to her patient possibly a red flag!! I know not everyone in Callahan Florida is going to just this one Doctor, She is extremely rude and always rushing the patients in and out and not listening to the care that they need. And then her response to a question is, we’re not here for that” You’ll have to schedule another appointment for that” Makes no sense to me I’m confused. You shojj uh led be able to talk about ALL CONCERNS in my appointment. I personally believe this doctors office needs to be investigated
Dr Kecskemetti and the back office staff, MA's, lab techs, and other providers are amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rest of the staff are rude and lazy and try to give medical advice without consulting a physician.
Excellent Doctor, very nice and does a great job communicating with you.
