Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park

Beautiful park with nature trails and an observation tower to the Ortega river. Has a native plant garden and an educational nature center with knowledgable staff.

The walking trails are great and give a good variety to see. I'd recommend driving all the way to the and and enter at the nature center. Entering anywhere else is fine, but its all the same trails. There are 2 main trail starts, one on each side of the road. And there are several trails within the trails. Everything is pretty well marked. They've made nice use of some of the existing features such as the old brick road. There's a newly renovated lookout tower looking into the marshes leading to the river. A worthy but relatively easy hike.

Great park. They have a pretty cool playground. There's also multiple trails. There's nice wooden walkways in certain sections and a very cool over look platform with an amazing view. I recommend going I'll be going more often now since I've found it.
