The front office and office manager were very welcoming and friendly and so very helpful and the office was very clean. The building was very nice and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Dr Valverde was polite but had a set way that they do the first appointment. I was not able to discuss other issues that I had unless I gave up something else. She was not open to anything but conventional medicine so she was not a good fit for me. If you are looking to get to the root cause of your problems or use holistic medicine, she is not for you but if you like conventional medicine only, then she is great. But even normal bloodwork that was elevated in the past, she would not order so not the right fit for me and I felt rushed.

If you're looking for a physician who TRULY listens, asks you questions, explains things, and supports you through your concerns.....Dr. Valverde is it! I switched to her because my previous physician was brushing off my concerns to a point that I was starting to feel crazy, and I left Dr. Valverde feeling so validated and with a plan that actually made sense. Dr. Valverde is the exact kind of doctor I was looking for.

I have used Dr. Valverde for a few months now. She is easy to talk to and will discuss any medical problem you have. I was impressed with her after my first visit. She listens and that's a gift only a concerned doctor has I trust her with all my medical issues.

She refused to refill my prescription for unknown reasons. She did not even bother to come to the phone and explain to me as of why she did not want to refill it.
