Tier 1 Pools and Spas

We bought a model home with a pool that tier 1 built. First, the pool is beautiful. Second, the customer service these guys have provided has been nothing short of excellent. Parker walked us through a pool school and helped me troubleshoot a problem I was having a couple days later. Thank you, Parker, for the excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Tier 1 Pools. Ryan, Craig and Blake are amazing to work with. Ryan Luken is the best at working with you to design the perfect pool and then Craig comes through with a pool that looks even better than the rendering! A lot of the upgrades are already included in the initial price so you get a good price for the value.

There is a reason why everyone in my neighborhood is choosing Tier 1 to build their pools. From the Owner, Ryan, to my Project Manager, Craig, to my Service Technician, Blake , everyone follows through on their commitment to their customers. The design and bid process is fun and painless, and all sub-contractors were meticulous.Tier 1 treated me like family throughout the entire process. Integrity, Creative, Quality, and Committed are the values that define Tier 1. Note: Finish of my pool is Cove Blue Pearl, and my pavers are White Limestone. Ryan will make sure you chose what is best for your family.

I purchased a model home with a patio and spa that Tier 1 Pools had built. It is a beautiful design and I am very happy with it. The reason for my review is to say how impressed I have been with their service. Whenever I have questions or a warranty issue on the mechanics, Craig is highly responsive. I have a number that I can call or text and he gets back to me within a reasonable timeframe and has resolved all my issues. Even though my warranty will end soon, I will continue to use them whenever I can. I highly recommend them!
