Tidewater Homes

One of the best builders in the NE FL area. They build beautiful homes at a very high-level of quality. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They treat you as if you're part of their family. Love these guys, they're great!

As a seasoned agent, I have had the privilege of collaborating with various builders throughout my career. However, my recent experience partnering with Tidewater Homes has truly been exceptional. From the onset, it was evident they possessed a deep commitment to quality and excellence. They made sure every aspect of the construction process was meticulously executed. I was also impressed by their dedication to their client satisfaction. Throughout the entire build, they maintained open lines of communication with myself and the homeowners. Any concerns or questions were promptly addressed. They demonstrated a strong commitment to timelines without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. I cannot recommend Tidewater Homes highly enough as a real estate agent or as a customer. They are very professional and have superior craftsmanship which embodies excellence in the industry.

Tidewater Homes sales and construction were amazing to work with. The owner was great to work with, addressed any concerns our buyer had clearly. They had crews quickly scheduled to knock out any punch list items. The floor plan and upgrades were beautifully done. Our real estate team works with many builders in Northeast Florida and the care and communication was top notch. Our buyers have a beautiful home that they love and didn’t have to stress during the process. Thank you for a great experience!
