With our first newborn, making the pediatric care decision was a priority. Although we live at the beach, we could not have been happier with our choice to go with Dr Miles at Thrivewell. Our very first newborn appointment, we were greeted at the door by Dr Miles and an amazing smell coming from the freshly planted hydroponic herb station. She proceeded to spend the next 2 hours with us looking over our daughter and laying out everything to expect in the coming months. They do not take insurance, but I find this to be positive once we begin to really grasp what this means. It means the practice is not bound to abide by the contract they are forced to sign when partnering with insurance. They are free to continue practicing what they find to be they best thing for our child. The 24/7 access to an on call doctor that we know personally and the ability to get an appointment "day of" was all we needed. No more waiting in lines, scheduling for an appointment for some time next week. They are there when you need them, not a week later. Best infant care decision we have made this far!

These ladies are like no other. Absolutely incredible, not just for when you need them, but before you need them they prepare you. Proactive doctors rather than reactive and I cannot say enough about their care and love, passion for their patients and their health. 10/10. If you’re in search of an amazing pediatrician to care for your most precious gift, look no further! I decided to give Thrivewell Pediatrics a try based on a recommendation I got from my lactation consultant who went to Dr. Miles for the care of her children years ago. Now that we’ve had a couple of months of experience with Dr. Sant, I can confidently say that she gave us great advice! As a new parent, I was looking to go somewhere I would not only receive clear guidance on how to care for my child but where I would also be given the context and tools that I need to make educated decisions that feel right for my family. Dr. Sant always makes sure that we fully understand every phase of our little one’s development, what we can do to create space for the most favorable outcomes, and what things to prepare for down the line. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring with our baby, has an optimistic outlook, has by far the best bedside manner that I’ve ever experienced with a medical professional and takes her time answering any questions we have. The business model at Thrivewell also allows us to receive care by the doctor on call if needed on the weekends, and reliable advice is always no more than one text away. Since starting at Thrivewell, the amount of Google search rabbit holes I was going down as a new mom went down and the amount of peace that I have that all is well and will be well with my baby has grown so much. I cannot recommend Thrivewell Pediatrics enough and look forward to our visits knowing that baby is going to be in a comfortable, safe and inviting environment being cared for by someone as amazing as Dr. Sant and any of the other amazing staff if needed! 10/10 recommend to my friends, family and whoever is here reading this review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
