Recently so him for the first time. He appeared nice although I had to sit for an hour waiting for him. Had a virtual appointment he set up with me for yesterday. Changed my work schedule around to make it work. Waited for 20 min on the virtual waiting room. He never showed. No one called me to let me know he wasn't showing. Tried calling the office and they were closed. Called them today to complain waited another 20 min to speak to the supervisor. Was rightfully upset. She did not apologize nor take any responsibility. But she did blame me for being upset and told me I could not come to the clinic any more. Now I have labs that they ordered which he needed to go over. Now I have to find another doctor to assist me and waste more time. They hire people that answer the phone with poor English and a heavy accent making the whole experience more frustrating. I would not recommend wasting time with this facility!
He is very caring and professional. He goes over all the tests with you and even make suggestions on how to improve. He listens to your comments and shows you the utmost respect.
I love Dr Thomas Williams, he is so nice and patient with me. Everyone in the office is nice and professional. ❤️
Always had a great experience with PA Williams. He’s kind, attentive and listens to your concerns without trying to rush you. I feel that he genuinely cares, unlike many in the healthcare industry. When I go to my appointments, I never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen. PA Williams is also very promptly at responding messages in the app if you have a concern or need a referral. Highly recommend!
