While Richard portrayed he cared about my case things quickly took a turn. I not only received bad attorney advice but the lack of communication makes you feel like you have to beg for a response. Richard failed me in every way possible. If you want to feel like you are paying someone to do their job just to lose your case highly embarrassed then go for him. Evidence submitted will most likely be lost and in trial you will have second hand embarrassment and shame. I even gave this so called attorney a second chance after expressing major concerns regarding communication and repeating concerns on his preparations for trial. It’s pretty bad when your client can foresee their own loss and you still choose to show up unprepared. I have a plethora of Evidence to back up any claims I have made. I am not just a client whom “ didn’t get their way” I am a person who was failed so terribly by an attorney who initially said he cared. Lastly, he will refuse to give you your case files even if you have asked 3/4 times. Beware, please do not let this man steal your money with empty promises! I would not want any other person to endure what I just went through.
I have to say out of all of the attorneys I've had he is by far the best. He is a fighter and very supportive. My only regret is that the judicial system is corrupted against fathers. However, if he refers you to a parenting coordinator by the name of John Jack Jones from the life source group, consider it a set up and DO NOT CONSENT!
A family man with core values, I was pleased with my representation, as a young man I wasn’t the best young man. Richard did not judge me and was there to assist me. Going in guilty, you can only expect so much, and I got better than I deserved. The experience made me man up a lot. I am now happily married with 3 children, working on buying our second home.
Richard, is a phenomenal attorney, exceeds the best in FL. He goes way above and beyond for his clients no matter what. Way above standards as well as no matter what the case is. He will do no matter what it takes to listen and make your expectations. Contact him for what you need.
We paid this man almost $5,000 to represent our son, we cannot get this man to respond to or call back or message us with any type of updates, or anything. We have questions but cannot get him to answeeryus so we can ask. As far as we know this man has not shown up to court in our son's defence. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS MAN! We can't even leave a message.... His mailbox is full!!
