I have worked with a non profit that offers on line counseling services. I have a difficult time connecting with Therapy Portal who is owned by Therapy Partner solutions. I tried to call them for help today because we lost connection with the client and when I called them they said it was the clients fault. She has lots of experience on computers for over 40 years. So she knew it was not her. We have had issues before but they don't put the effort into resolving the problem. I also understand that they were bought out by Joseph Rotberg's company Equity solutions. What is an equity firm doing involved in mental health issues unless there is a substantial profit. So once again they don't care about the people only the money. . How sad we have people like Joseph Rotberg where greed is more important then mental health. I have one word for you Joseph, KARMA
