The Write Touch

I had such a wonderful experience at the Write Touch! They have such a curated inventory and the employees were so helpful! They have great custom invites and Jaime was so knowledgeable on all the paper and what was possible with which printing processes. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

What an awesome store! The staff are wonderful, and you could seriously lose track of time exploring all the quirky, fascinating treasures inside. I even stumbled on a super cool Einstein pen I’d never seen before—and naturally, as an engineer, I had to buy it!

terrible experience purchasing my daughters invitations from this facility! She changed the color from gold to black on our envelopes without asking, printed it again for the second time uncentered and spaced out weird. Therefore, Jaime had to reprint 200 plus envelopes 3 different times because of HER mistakes. In addition, a couple of guests had their salutations changed incorrectly (something she changed by mistake) to Mrs. And Mrs. When it clearly was given to her as Mr. And Mrs!!! I Will submit pictures as proof. Never get invitations done here! Horrible customer service. They blame the customer for their own mistakes, get defensive and rude when you don’t accept their lousy job. Save yourself time and money and the stress.
