Erica is by far the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever had ! Last year , I had issues with my primary Dr. and my Dr's nurse practitioner. All I wanted was to be seen and get blood work. I sorta vented and Erica reached out to me to come see her...That was the best decision I have ever made. She got the bloodwork ordered and carefully went over all the tests. She listened to my concerns and gave suggestions what I needed to do. Well, a year has gone by and I am in menopause and the last 2 months my hair is falling out...Made an appt with Erica, she is on top of my care for blood work, results and the care I need for this stage I am in. I am looking forward in feeling better soon. Thank you so much Erica! You are a blessing! :-)

Healthcare to me is quite scary and expensive. Not only did she make me feel seen and not judged but she LISTENED! Every crazy thought I had she listened and ran tests. I cannot believe I found such a great provider but if you need someone to actually listen to you and spend time with you she is it! And It was affordable! I am MIND BLOWN! Erica Waters APRN is AWESOME! Thank you for such an amazing visit. 10/10 recommend!
Erica has been taking care of me since I moved here 4 years ago. I love her. She has taken the time to get to know me, and my medical issues. She strives to give her patients the best care. She actually cares about her patients and treats us like family. She has helped us both (me and my husband), and we would highly recommend her as your medical personnel
