If you're ever at Jax Beach, you absolutely must check out The Wave! This little gem is right off the beach, making it the perfect spot to refresh after some sun and sand. The place offers an unbelievable array of healthy teas, shakes, and more. Whether you're looking for something fruity, protein-packed, or just a delicious treat, they've got you covered. The barista/shake maker is incredibly sweet, and her warmth truly makes the experience special. Plus, her three adorable children often lend a hand, adding a charming, family-friendly vibe to the place. It's delightful chaos with a touch of heartwarming family feel. Every visit feels like a treat, with each option more delicious than the last. I highly recommend stopping by The Wave for a refreshing, tasty, and memorable experience.
They are the best. Still 5 stars even though they are randomly closed during supposed business hours. Hard swallow after waiting all morning for a meal replacement :( Might have to change this rating because the last 5 times I’ve gone by during business hours they’ve been closed. Should really update somewhere like their website so people aren’t wasting their time going by
Staff is super friendly and my turtle cheesecake shake was delicious!! Definitely recommend for a quick and healthy meal or snack!
This is the best place to get protein shakes and refresher drinks. High protein, low cal & low sugar options. I’ve been here two days in a row and everything I’ve ordered has been so amazing. Kamrin is one of the owners and she is just the sweetest. She’s also very knowledgeable about the products she sells. The drinks are all so healthy and I probably won’t ever go to the bigger name brands again. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
I was annoyed when I arrived after checking to verify they were indeed open that the store was locked and no one was inside, after reading reviews apparently this is a common experience. Maybe its better than a one star hopefully I will get to try it instead of showing up to nothing🙄
