This UPS store is the best I’ve ever been in. Fast , reliable and easy. Every worker works extremely hard . They’re helpful , friendly and professional. Best UPS store location ever! Thank you for all you all do .
The employees at this store are wonderful. Every experience I have had here has been quick and efficient. Josh was a huge help to my husband and I while dealing with an Amazon return issue. When the process took much longer than expected, he remained patient and kind.
Brought several packages the same day but the most expensive one magically disappeared and did not make it to its destination. (Samsung flipz4 over $1000 value). I will be filing a police report, and writing a complaint to the BBB and FTC because I have proof they took the package. I asked for a receipt and the man in the picture said they did not provide so I took pictures and I'm glad I did!
Walked in and needed to buy a box to ship an item and Aaron took it from me and then just did the entire process in about 40 seconds for me. Talk about service man. Wow. You need to give that guy a raise
Horrible passport photos. Waste of money low quality, shadows, non refundable garbage. Don’t waste your time.
