Whenever I enter this UPS store I am promptly greeted by a very pleasant young man that seems to like his job which is so unusual nowadays. Customer service is so very important to me. This store deserves a “10” Thank you!
I consistently have a great experience at this UPS Store in Jacksonville. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, no matter how busy it is. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and make the whole process quick and stress-free — whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or handling returns. What really stands out is the customer service. Everyone treats you with respect and actually seems to care about helping you, which isn’t always easy to find these days. The store is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly every time I visit. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and a great team. I won’t go anywhere else.
