I recently visited this store and was disappointed by the lack of professional presentation from some of the staff. While some employees were properly uniformed, others did not appear to follow an appropriate dress standard for a customer-facing workplace, specifically this girl, without anything inside but a zipper jacket and without even a name tag. I believe a team’s appearance and presentation are important because they reflect the professionalism and seriousness of the business. I would appreciate it if management paid closer attention to maintaining consistent standards in employee appearance and presentation.
Excellent experience at The UPS Store #4627! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and handled everything with care. The store was clean, organized, and well-run. It's refreshing to find a business that consistently provides such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend The UPS Store #4627 for all of your shipping, printing, and mailbox needs!
I love the UPS Store!!! I can bring any item and they will professionally box it on the spot. It it needs cushioning, they have packing peanuts. They have exactly the right box to ship. And they will ship it economically. I have a few people in my circle that I ship to on a regular basis. They always have my frequently used addresses on file. It's my one stop shopping spot for ALL my shipping needs. Saves me so much time and running around to get shipping supplies, and then having to store them, etc. Excellent service. When I go to the US Post Office, I always leave frustrated. When I go to the UPS Store, I leave relaxed with a sense of accomplishment knowing that my package is on its way.
Codi was amazingly good! He found my Amazon code on my phone without any trouble. This UPS Store is always extremely helpful to me when I need help. Isaiah and Tori were very nice as well!
I come to this store every week and they’re always so nice and efficient. Codi is always very helpful and the other employees always try their best to help me print or do my returns, they make it too easy.
