The UPS Store

Amazing service, always well staffed and just great people. This is a very busy location but they do their best to keep things moving and somehow keep a positive and helpful attitude. There are a few stores a bit closer to me, however I gladly drive the extra few miles to come to this one, as I know they are reasonable, reliable and helpful. Special thanks to Tyler and his amazing customer service, willingness to help, and Patience with my requests/ questions.

I specifically chose The UPS Store because I did not want to use USPS. USPS international tracking is limited, deliveries often take much longer, and that’s exactly what I wanted to avoid. Instead, the employee sold me a service that was handed off to USPS without clearly explaining it. I was told my package would arrive in the UK within 7 days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and it’s still in transit. The receipt even says “International Letter,” even though I shipped a package. It also doesn’t show the package weight or dimensions, which I found very unusual. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times over the past week to ask about my shipment. I called dozens of times, and every single time the automated system said they were assisting other customers. No one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. If I had known my shipment would be sent through USPS, I would have gone directly to USPS and paid less. I went to The UPS Store expecting UPS international service, not a USPS shipment with an added markup. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, misleading expectations, and nonexistent customer service.

Love this location, I literally pass two others to come to this one , the staff is very friendly and always eager to help Jacalyn and Tori are the best ! I always trust them with packing and shipping my car parts without hesitation

Always get great service here. Also love the self service Amazon returns area. 😀
