I really only go there to do Amazon returns and never have a problem. Sometimes the line is long, but its also a small store in a busy shopping center so i cant blame that for them for that. Do wish they did passport photos.
At this location I only have picked up my packages and have done Amazon returns. I have not used any other services. Usually friendly staff with less than 5 minute wait time. I would recommend.
Excellent experience here today, on a Monday morning. Returning an Amazon package. In and out in less than 10 minutes lol. Quick and easy transaction. Great service.
I go to this UPS location several times a month and have always been greeted promptly! Service has always been excellent. I guess certain people have lost patience and want everything now! Wake up people, slow down and take a breath.
If I could give this place no stars I would, awful. I’ve always had wonderful experiences at UPS in the past and so it’s been my go to place, but I have given this location my business for far too long and been treated poorly too many times for me to continue to do so. The woman who works as the notary at the store is just awful. She always has a terrible look on her face and makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her in some way just by being there. I’m done with this location. I got my forms notarized by the location 2 miles down the road and even though it is further out of my way, I will be using that location from now on. They greeted me with a smile, helped my mother and we were so courteous and accommodating. I would avoid this place and wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone and that’s saying something.
