Usually have great experience here. If making returns, the process of making them for Amazon is a lot smoother now. Despite always being very busy, they're usually able to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time all while maintaining great customers service.
I showed up at 2:59 pm on a Saturday, not knowing that the store closes at 3 pm. I had a complicated Amazon return. Many similar items but had different return codes. Montel said "no problem," and successfully navigated my phone and Amazon's website. We worked together to successfully return the items. And, to top it off, I left my phone at the store and returned a few minutes later and Montel gave me the phone. Great experience! Cheerful, helpful and efficient. Well done Montel!
This is specific to the store in Nocatee, Florida. The staff that worked there are efficient, yes That said, they are barely friendly or polite. No hello, thank you, no you’re welcome. Just Attitude. I feel like I’m doing them a favor by coming in and using the store. Very different than the store in Palencia, which I’ve gone to a few times.
I stopped by with a pre‑labeled package and was next in line when an employee suggested I use the kiosk to print my receipt. Since the store wasn’t busy, I chose to wait, and another employee helped me within two minutes. The entire transaction took less than a minute. I understand directing customers to the kiosk during rushes, but suggesting it during a slow period felt like a lapse in customer service.
Fast, friendly, efficient, UPS store! Damian assisted me and his friendly, quick personality made me feel like I was at an old school local post office. He multitasked while also helping his fellow employees. You could tell it was a good work environment and he kept that flowing. They moved the line super quickly at one of the busiest times of the year. Nobody had to wait more than a minute in what could have been a long line.
