Made a quick stop at my local UPS store today. I had several packages to mail. I was so thrilled and thankful for the professionalism of the store team. I happened to go during a slight midday rush but the services received were still top notch. Everyone worked together and supported each other. I’m so glad I use UPS for my personal and business needs!!!
I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience at my local UPS store today was so bad I just had to. My family has gone to this UPS store before it has told me that it was bad, but I didn’t know until I gone myself and had the displeasure of meeting Shelley, the manager. Be careful around this one. She’s trying to push boxes on the people at $25 a pop. Unbelievable I just wanted to return something to Amazon And she said my box was no good and was extremely rude to me. Honestly, I don’t think their boxes are that good. They look kind of thin and cheap. My box was of the highest quality from Home Depot. And I’m very offended that she didn’t like my box. I will be taking my business to Staples or a different UPS location in the future.
Susan at the front desk was the most rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. My son a two year-old was obviously being a two year-old and she kept telling him to stop doing things as he was just being a child. I understand that this is a business but being disrespectful and just plain rude it’s unacceptable. It was already a stressful situation but she did not do anything but make me feel worse about my kid already doing everything I have told him not to do. So Susan thank you for doing nothing to help. You should find another job. Notarizing could use someone else.
I just want to say I’ve used UPS many times and never had any complaints but the lady named Shelly that works at the wildlight location was rude and cost me more money than I planned to spend. First of all, I was returned a phone to T-Mobile and was provided a box from the cell provider. She told me I couldn’t use it because it had T-Mobile on the outside of the box. Secondly I was returning a item to Amazon which said no box or label required however she told me I had to purchasing a bubble bag for almost $2 but failed to tell me she was charging me to print a label. I ended up spending almost $15. I will not be returning to that location until she is gone. It wasn’t even the fact she charged me for every thing it’s her attitude. Very unpleasant. I’m not one to leave reviews but someone needs to know.
I’ve had consistently terrible experiences with an employee named Shelly at this UPS location. Every single time I walk in, she immediately criticizes my packaging and claims it’s “not good enough,” then pushes me to buy their overpriced materials instead. At this point, it feels less like policy and more like a blatant sales tactic. Shelly doesn’t try to help—she creates problems out of nothing and turns a simple drop-off into an unnecessary hassle. Her attitude is rude, dismissive, and honestly exhausting to deal with. I’ve shipped plenty of packages without issue elsewhere, so this constant nitpicking is ridiculous. It’s clear she’s more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers than actually providing decent service. Because of her, I avoid this location whenever possible. If management cares at all about customer experience, they seriously need to address this. One employee shouldn’t be enough to make people not want to come back—but here we are.
