I wanted to recognize an associate who helped me late at night. Harlie Freeman was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. Making sure copies were correct and guiding me without rushing me. (even though it was approaching closing time) Her positive Spirit made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She is unbelievable at her job, and I can’t say enough about her. Their pricing has gone through the roof! I have been a long time customer and have a mailbox with them. The first year it was $203, then $192, then $211, then a big jump to $308. This year it is $410!!! Their prices have doubled!! I doubt their cost of doing business has doubled. I have gone from a satisfied customer to a customer that no longer trusts this business. My understanding is that the local franchise owner sets the pricing. Clearly no respect for the customer, just a money grab. I have another mailbox in another state and my renewal this year was $235. Contractors on the island often do this and the word gets out. Not good for business long term. Buyer beware!
I have had an account at this location for 31 years which reflects the excellence of this location. When the former manager retired, I was a bit concerned that the quality of service may suffer, but I needn't have worried. The entire staff, from manager on to the last employee have been exceptional. For example, I would like to spotlight Charles who served me today. He was professional, patient, and friendly, reflecting all that great service is supposed to be. This is literally my first Google review and it took some time to figure it out. But it was worth the effort to spotlight such a great young man....and such a great UPS store team! Thank you!
The most important reasoning for my rating is that Anthony was super helpful and made us feel so welcomed. Super fast and knew the answers to all our questions. Thank you again :)
The nicest two ladies helped me in the Fernandina Beach UPS store today. After being frustrated with another business they brightened my day!
