The best customer service of anywhere I’ve been in Jacksonville. I had a challenge with my packages and they were so incredibly patient with me while I waited almost an hour for the resolution through my company. They seamlessly helped multiple customers while still attending to me with the most genuine kindness.
Fantastic experience with the notary, Matthew, at this location! I had previously tried four different times to get documents notarized at another UPS Store (11250 Old St. Augustine Rd., Ste. 15), but due to poor communication, a confusing online booking process, and unhelpful staff, I was never able to get it done. I came to this location instead, and within three minutes all of my documents were notarized. The process was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I took my return in the store, it was for amazon. I asked the lady what I needed to do because I had never done one before and I handed her the receipt that I printed out that Amazon sent me and she said I will take care of the rest. Nothing but total customer satisfaction I highly recommend this place. I have included some pictures along with what to look for as you're in the parking lot so you'll know where you are because this is kind of hard to find cuz of all the trees
I’ve been using this UPS Store for shipping and business services for almost 10 years. As the owner of 904Pro, a RealSpec Inspection Company, dependable service is important for my business, and the Bartram Park team has always been professional, friendly, and reliable. They consistently treat me and my business with care and respect. I actually pass two other UPS Stores just to work with this team. Highly recommend this location!
Matthew and Erin were incredible. They had an angry customer that was being rude difficult and even calling other ups stores saying things on the phone that were not true but they handled the situation with professionalism. The customer didn’t want to pay to get documents notarized and don’t like the cost of the stamps. They were so calm and polite. I felt bad for them but they were awesome! They also helped me with my packing be the tape came undone. Keep up the good work!
