I had to visit 2 different stores on opposite sides of the city. Dunn Ave. didn't even care to help, they told me to go to theUhaul store to find a shipping box. Do not recommend going here for anything. The St. Johns Bluff store was kind and very helpful although I don't understand why I was charged $1.50 for printing a lable when I was supposed to have free returns and since the item no longer fit in the delivery box, I purchased a box for $15 to make my free return. I understand that the issue was with Amazon and not UPS.
Everyone should have their favorite UPS store and this is mine! The staff is super friendly, they offer top tier customer service, it’s always a quick and speedy process when I go in here. I love it. Also had a bit of an emergency and needed some paperwork faxed asap and D really came through for me. Thank you guys for all you do!!!
Great service !! I went to another ups and they said our system is off u can’t return but I called this store they said very kindly come bring it we can still do it! They even gave me a receipt awesome work my location from now on!
Dat was extremely helpful and professional. I had to send an international package and he helped me figure out the mailing address. I love going to this location because all of the employees are really nice.
I have gone here several times and the staff has been extremely rude. Tonight I tried to make a last minute run, seeing on their Google page that they close at 7:00, only to find out they close at 6:30. They need to update accordingly, and they need to train their staff better.
