The UPS Store

Edit to add: The below response from the store owner isn’t helpful and ignores that other franchisees don’t charge a fee. If you have a choice, go elsewhere so you don’t get charged with surprise fees for what should be free and is considered basic customer service by other UPS stores. Original Comment: This store charges $2 to print paid for shipping labels (which costs the store virtually nothing). Would avoid, clearly the franchisee of this store cares more about milking customers than caring for them.

I love this UPS Store! This team rocks. Literally! Every time I’m in, they work efficiently together with kindness and a lighthearted vibe. Today, I was in a bit of a panic, and a team member quickly allayed my fears, got my packages processed, and even shared an interesting anecdote. I can’t say enough good things. Keep on rocking!

The dudes at this store absolutely rock! They are so friendly, efficient & helpful. Customer service here is top notch. I will literally only order from stores that take returns through UPS so I can avoid going to the regular post office and FedEx. Give these homies a raise!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer’s needs are met. I highly recommend visiting this store, even if it’s not the closest one to you. Parking is convenient, and you’ll be able to get in and out quickly.
