The UPS Store

Extremely disappointing customer service. I came into this UPS Store yesterday about 15 minutes before closing to print and copy approximately 300 pages. I understand that it was close to closing time and the store became a little busy, but I arrived while the business was still open and expected to be treated like a customer, not like an inconvenience. The employee helping me, who I believe was named Harris based on my invoice, was extremely rude and made it very clear that his priority was getting me out of the store so he could leave. At one point, he quoted me approximately $15,000 for the copies. I had to stop him and ask if he seriously thought that amount made sense. Only after I pointed out how ridiculous the number was did he acknowledge that he had made a mistake and correct it. After the copies were finally completed, I asked for a stapler so I could organize some of the documents. Since it was already late, I also asked if he could help me staple some of them so we could finish faster. His response was simply, “I’m not doing that,” while continuing to close the store. I completely understand employees wanting to leave at the end of their shift. What I don’t understand is treating a paying customer poorly because they walked in shortly before closing. I didn’t arrive after closing—I arrived while the store was open. The entire interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. If you don’t want to accept customers 15 minutes before closing, lock the doors 15 minutes earlier. But if the doors are open and a customer comes in, they should receive basic courtesy and professional service. Very poor experience, and definitely not the level of customer service I would expect from a UPS Store.

Best little shop! Always greeted with a friendly smile. Prices are comparable with competitors. The convenience is most valuable to me. Appreciate their hard work, always. Thank you!

I was that horrible person that came in right before closing with a bunch of packages to mail. I know how annoying that is, but I left work late and made it by the skin of my teeth. The staff couldn’t be more gracious and understanding, and processed my packages with care. I highly recommend this location, and I will be back- just not right before closing!

Love this store! They're so friendly, helpful and go above & beyond when it comes to customer service. Owner John is a great dude! Highly recommend.
