I had such an amazing experience with Arriel at UPS! She is absolutely wonderful with people, incredibly organized, and handles every task with professionalism and efficiency. Her time management skills are outstanding, even during busy moments, and she always stays calm, kind, and helpful. Arriel is very well spoken and treats everyone with respect and positivity. It’s rare to meet someone who truly makes customers feel welcomed and valued the way she does. UPS is lucky to have someone as hardworking and dedicated as her!
Angel was super helpful with a large and heavy box from the back of my car for a return. Scanned it in and gave me a receipt. I think less than 5 minutes, no line which is always wonderful but super pleasant. I will look for her next time I am in for my shipping needs
Always great customer service at this UPS location. The team consistently goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to Amazon returns. Sarah went out of her way to help me with a particularly difficult return, and I truly appreciated her patience and dedication. Highly recommend this location!
