Outstanding staff and service! First of all, I was greeted cheerfully by both of the staff members and that put me in a good mode right away, thank you for that. I could not get the other lady's name from the staff to include in my review but Ariel is the one who took care of our notary work. Ariel is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very happy with the service provided and the atmosphere. Thank you!!!
I originally stopped in just to drop off a golf club I was shipping out, but Jude ended up helping me with a lot more than I expected. On the fly, he took care of printing something I needed and got it shipped out quickly and efficiently. Super helpful, professional, and easy to work with—he made the whole process seamless. Really appreciate the extra effort and great service.
Today I went into the UPS store and the employee named Danni was so very helpful, pleasant and informative concerning my needs mailing off a large box. When I first entered the store, she welcomed me with a hearty greeting, which I appreciated, and then she proceeded To give me helpful suggestions on mailing off my large box. She even patiently reinforced my package with extra tape to make sure that it was secure and ready for shipping. That was going the extra mile and I appreciated that. I highly recommend Danni and this UPS store location (155 Bartram Market Dr Ste 135 St John’s FL 32259) for a great experience.
1 star for poor customer service. I was walking up at 6:30 on the dot (I understand they close at 6:30) but the girl inside locked the door as I was walking up. And when I asked if I could leave my packages to be shipped out (which both had labels already on them ready to go so no help was required other than just leaving them on the counter) she just held her arms up making an X with them saying no. I know I was at the very end of showing up but that was just really rude and not good customer service. Mind you there were about 3 customers in the store in line so it would have been no harm to just let me leave them on the counter.
