Absolutely the best UPS store in the country. I use UPS for work and have to go to the store daily and there is NO better staff than the one at this store. Jamelia, Jasmine and Cindy go the extra Mile EVERY time I’m in there. They are nice and effective, efficient and kind ! jamelia is a force and is always getting my packages out asap with care! Jasmine is super kind and makes the experience fun! miss Cindy can fix any problem you have without even breaking a sweat !! If you need to bring packages to an ups store, choose this one !!! A+++++ 10000%
This store used to be amazing, friendly and efficient, but now is terrible. I will drive further away to go to any other location from now on. The gray haired female employee is always rude. They clearly don’t care about customer service here. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
I can say bye, far I had the best experience having most of my packages shipped from this location, being mindful of all the other customers that are normally impatient And that are simply rude customers to the staff I and Ms Cindy is the hardest worker I had seen bye far and I would like to keep using this ups for all my shipping and handling needs wonderful customer support👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I love UPS! But not this particular store. It always seems understaffed, the employees that are there are not helpful and the Amazon return self-scan process is horrible! Even if you have items boxed with a shipping label they make you scan it in. If you can, avoid this location!!!
Gone downhill since sold a year or so ago. Tried to ship a small package internationally to England via USPS. Was told they couldn't do it. I've done it before from there... Not worth the wait in line.... Find another site for shipping needs.
