We just moved in and since day one, from our tour to our move-in, our experience so far has been wonderful! Big shoutout to Crystal!! She is always so friendly, bubbly, and welcoming every time I stop by the office or see her around the property. She is incredibly responsive and always goes out of her way to help. It really makes a difference having someone who genuinely cares about the residents and makes the community feel like home. Thank you, Crystal, for all that you do — you're the best! 🏡✨
Since moving into The Station at San Marco, I have had nothing but a positive living experience! My studio apartment was in pristine condition, and was so much bigger than I expected. The amenities are stunning! I have enjoyed working out in the gym and lounging on the rooftop pool with an unbeatable view. The valet trash and package room have made my life so much easier. I am also walking distance to my work at Baptist Health! Special shoutout to Leasing Specialist Tai! Tai made my move in process seamless, and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was able to sign for a great price considering the location! The Leasing Office has been amazing, and everyone has been so kind. San Marco is a beautiful neighborhood, and I always feel safe walking around the area. I would recommend this property to anyone moving to downtown Jacksonville!
From the moment I walked in... I knew The Station at San Marco was going to be my new home! Jeffery is absolutely AMAZING! He gave me my tour and was so down to earth, funny and felt like I had known him for years! I later got to meet Abby, Mollie, and Jennifer. All three are awesome and super friendly. They all made me feel right at home. I can't talk enough about the amenities.... I love the covered parking garage, the many different lounges available, and coffee that's always available, and two pools! My favorite is the sky lounge! I haven't been to any of the community monthly events as I just recently moved in, but I'm looking forward to checking them out! Just under one mile away is the Science Museum, Friendship Fountain, and the Riverwalk! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!! I mean....the view alone!😍
I recently transferred my lease at The Station at San Marco, and I had a great experience throughout the process. The staff was professional, helpful, and responsive, making what could have been a stressful transition much easier. They were knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate their assistance and would definitely recommend The Station at San Marco to anyone looking for a great apartment community and a team that genuinely cares about its residents.
If you’re a single female in the area, I would not recommend this property at all. They do not take safety concerns seriously, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping to tour a unit. I had attempted to call ahead to schedule, but if you’re not already a resident, you’re routed through an AI system to a call center, which makes it nearly impossible to get proper assistance. When I finally located the office (which was already difficult to find), I was greeted by a bald Black male employee who was extremely rude. While he maintained a forced smile, his attitude and tone were dismissive and unprofessional. As someone with a strong background in customer service, I found his behavior completely unacceptable. When I asked about touring, he immediately made excuses, stating that only he and one other person were on-site, and the other employee was already on a tour. Instead of offering a solution, he lazily suggested a self-guided tour and continued shutting down any other options without trying to accommodate me. Before I could even ask if I could wait, he began going on at length about another woman who had just rented the last available unit I was interested in. The way he spoke about the situation felt inappropriate and unnecessary. The rental market is already stressful enough, especially when people are paying $1,600+ a month. You would expect at least basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this property clearly does not prioritize potential residents or their experience. I work for a well-known, top brokerage company and will absolutely be sharing this experience with colleagues who were considering moving here.
