Andrew was phenomenal on all counts - very happy we found him - professional above and beyond expectations - buying a house can be stressful and Andrew helped minimize that. He is sensitive, patient, and really got to know us, not just as clients, but also as people. Understanding our needs he showed us options we would not have been aware on our own. Pointers Ridge Cabin maintained by the Sprenkel Group is beautiful. Andy was responsive and helpful through our entire vacation. Enough space to relax and play with the whole gang. We went as a group of moms + kids and will definitely book again. Beautifully decorated for cabin life with amazing amenities (downstairs game room, gas grill, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, amazing view of the mountain ridge, comfy beds and furniture) Dog friendly and kid approved!
My family stayed at the Pointers Ridge cabin for 7 nights and we cannot wait to go back! The cabin itself was absolutely gorgeous, was close to everything (so super convenient, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (the birdwatching was fabulous) and it was the most well-appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Even the smallest details were covered beautifully. They literally thought of everything!. So very impressed. 5 stars!
We wanted a local agent who knew our community inside and out. Not only does Andrew live in our community but we loved that he invested in having his own office there as well. He was an obvious choice to sell our home. He took the time to explain the ever changing real estate market as he wanted us to understand it completely. He takes a data driven approach. Andrew’s marketing plan was stellar and he was honest with us in what minor things we should change to make it more presentable. After two open houses he had our home under contract in 10 days - far less than the average list to sell timeframe in this current market. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone interested in buying or selling. His energy is unmatched!
