The Smile Mission - Jacksonville

Went for my first visit today. Everyone was extremely nice. They made sure all of my needs were met. They went through all the options and help me chose the best option for me. I would recommend this facility to everyone. They are by far the most reasonable Dental office I have seen in a long time and they guarantee their work with 100% satisfaction. They told me I had a 6 month treatment plan for completion of my treatment plan. So excited to get my new improved smile. I am excited to get my confidence back.

I am impressed. They took good care of me and they clearly explained my options. The prices were as advertised and everything was very professional. I highly recommend these people at this place.

I have been here a few times now. Dr. Stidham is excellent and everyone who works in the office has been nothing but professional and nice to me. Dental work is one of those things I typically avoid, but going here makes it easy, less scary, and overall a smooth experience. They also have financing, so having to pay out of pocket is more manageable as someone who doesn't have dental insurance. Couldn't recommend this office more!!

I needed some pretty extensive and expensive dental work. I went to a couple of my local dentist and was quoted from $56k at one place to $47k at another. I was so sad. I started at looking at going to Turkey, Mexico and Vegas. I then came across an ad for The Smile Mission in Jacksonville Florida. I contacted them and spoke to them about what I had going on and what I wanted to do. So a week later and a 3hr drive from Ga, I was pulling into their parking lot. Needless to say, I was worried, scared, apprehensive and a whole bunch of other not so nice adjectives. Upon arriving, I felt a little better. The entire office was very clean, neat and seemed organized. After filing the required paperwork and explaining what I was wanting, they took x rays and I met with the dentist and discussed my several different options. I decide to do the all on 6. Their quote was 1/2 what I was quoted locally! They scheduled the extractions(25 of them) and implantations for a week later. I was very worried about the pain after the extractions. They did give me a prescription for pain medications. But honestly, on the first night, I only took 2. I was amazed at how little pain I was in. It was more sore and tender than actual pain. After a check up the next day, I went home(with temporary dentures in hand) for the healing process to begin. A couple of weeks later I went in for a follow up, I did have 1 implant that failed to bond to the bone. I figured 1 out of 12 wasn't bad, especially because I am a smoker and after the reading the horror stories about other people’s failures at other dental clinics. They installed a new one, no problems. Fast forward a few weeks later and another follow up(nothing was wrong) just a standard follow up to make sure everything was progressing as expected. Everything was good. A couple weeks later, I was back for the final step, delivery and installation of the final set of teeth!! To say I was happy, is an understatement. I was ecstatic. The fit was amazing. The look was even better. The whole journey from beginning to end was great. Any questions I had, they answered completely. Any procedures I didn’t understand, the explained until I did. They made my entire experience smooth, almost pain free and I’m soooo happy I called them. Everyone, from the ones answering the phone, the ones scheduling my appointments, the several techs I dealt with, the dentists and absolutely everyone I came into contact with were friendly, thorough and professional acting. Oh, they also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash and another 10% because I am veteran. I cannot say what the future holds but for now, everything is as about perfect as I could have hoped for. So I will say, if you have any hesitation or reservations about going to The Smile Mission in a Jacksonville Fl, don’t worry. I’m glad I did. They changed my life and my smile.
