I have had experience with many realtors over my lifetime and Cole & Laura are by far the best. I was lucky enough to both buy and sell with them representing me.In both situations I was very impressed with their professionalism and sincerity. When purchasing my home Cole was able to negotiate with the builder to move my a/c to the side of the house, something they just did not do. While selling my house in a very strange market he remained a steadfast and reliable partner. We were able to secure a great price and he personally helped with all the minor details that I couldn’t because I was already out of the country. I cannot overstate how Thankful I am to have met Cole and Laura as realtors.
Cole was very professional, but also fun to work with! He was in constant communication with us throughout the buying and selling process. Always eager to help out with any questions or needs. He left no detail untouched, and went above and beyond in his services! We were very impressed with the selling packet he created of our home; his photographer is top-notch. Cole Slate was wonderful to work with during my new construction home purchase in Rivertown. I have worked with over a dozen RE agents over the past 40 years. I move a lot! I have never worked with an agent that was as awesome as Cole Slate and Laura! Cole gave me feedback on each house showing and followed up with the “maybe my house” agents. His marketing plan was incredible and my home pictures on Zillow were so professional! The music added a nice touch. Cole was my agent on a new build once my house sold. Every issue I had along the way he handled! Past agents I would have to do that on my own, directly with the builder. What an awesome feeling to have a problem (and there were plenty), to think, I’ll just let Cole know. I can’t say enough good things about his knowledge and professionalism! Above that he is a great person you can trust, hard to find someone like him these days!
