Pulled up to the window and was greeted very rudely!! I was specifying what I wanted on my son’s double cheeseburger and she rudely told me it is a double cheeseburger. It comes with cheese.! Like I didn’t know that! She was rude about the entire order. continuously cutting me off as I was trying to order still did not get my order correct! Horrible customer service older lady with grey ponytail! Get another job instead of taking it out on the customers
Came in and asked for their two signature sandwiches. The older lady in the kitchen (the one a lot of reviews seem to mention) said "You sure you don't want a burger? They're easier to make." If I wanted a burger I have ten other places I could go. She also got the order wrong. Not the end of the world, but it's annoying paying for food when they clearly don't care enough to get it right. Food was okay. Not coming back.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast pita and a medium spite. Service was quick and friendly. I wish there was one in Yulee. I can only get to enjoy this breakfast when I'm in Callahan. So sad!
First time at this location. We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat at the drive through. This was about 4:30 on a Thursday. The girl taking orders was so rude we didn't even finish our order and left. I'll never go back. 4/30/2026
The burgers here are absolutely disgusting. They almost seem boiled and lack flavor. Not sure how you mess up a burger this bad but they did it.
