Loved this place! The staff are nice and friendly, the room was extremely clean. There are a couple of rooms that are less expensive because there's not much of a view, which was great for me bc I am the type to be outside most of the time anyway. They have a nice pool, and the beach is right over the hill. Like 100 yards or so. You just walk right over there! Also the Lemon bar is connected to the pool area. I had a wonderful time there. Also it's walking distance to some of the best restaurants.
My mom and I absolutely LOVEEEE this place! It has become a quick regular for us when we need a place to unwind for a quick relaxing weekend and feel at peace. Amazing location & nice cozy rooms. Abigail in the front office is the MVP! Could not be happier and more pleased with her service she goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Thanks to her The Seahorse has become one of our favorite getaway destinations. Thank you Abigail!!!
If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! My search is over for a place to retreat when life gets to be too much! Abigail at the front desk has been a God send gor me and my daughter!! The entire has been soooo cordial to me and I feel like it's completely genuine. It's so rare to find a hidden gem like the Seahorse Oceanfront inn. I'm a person who wouldn't say this unless it's true. There are many reviews these days that you can't take seriously, I know because I always question reviews myself. I assure you this is genuine. I would book for the coming year in advance if I could. Yes, it's a older hotel but the hospitality and the awesome staff is awesome!! If at all possible ask for Abigail, front office as well as Jacob the parking attendant and Angel in housekeeping for a fabulous stay!! Thanks to you all for a great home away from home when I needed it most. Especially Abigail who went out of her way to make my stay memorable. I'll see you very soon for my birthday weekend. I always hate to leave and can't wait to return!!
This is a super cute renovated vintage, beachfront motel with a courtyard and pool. The Inn is pet friendly and in the perfect location. An extra table or shelf for cosmetics is needed in the bathroom, but bathroom is large, the room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The iconic Lemon Bar is adjacent to the courtyard and accessible via a gate next to the pool. We didn’t have our dogs with us this time we will be back with them for a future stay. Definitely recommend!
Amazing location, a 1 minute walk to the beach, 2nd floor and 3rd floor rooms giving stunning views of the ocean and sunrise. Pleasantly surprised by the accomodating and friendly staff, even the maintenance workers greet you and wish you a pleasant stay. Room fixtures are a bit dated and dusty, bathroom is surface clean but some noticeable grime in the corners and crevices. Adjacent to very walkable downtown with large variety of restaurants and shopping selection. Would highly recommend this establishment!!
