The manager Kisha is amazing! Super nice, very professional. I came in close to closing hours and the other woman wasn’t very friendly (near to closing time which is 6 pm on Tuesdays, I walked in around 5:48 pm, she was apparently eager to leave 🙄) . I was really excited to just take a look at the furniture and was initially turned away, but Kisha said it was okay for me to come in and look around. That changed my experience! She was very friendly, answered my questions & provided me with reliable and affordable 3rd party delivery services. I’m definitely coming back this week to get a new couch!! Thanks Kisha for making my Salvation Army experience a positive one. :)

We appreciate that the salvation army accepts donations. More people should be trying to recycle or buy used items. The store that is attached to the donation center is full of furniture, HomeGoods, men's women's and children's clothing, luggage, and just about anything you could think of. The items are priced very low and for someone just starting out, buying used items is probably the way to go. If you make a donation of your items, they will give you a receipt to use as a text deduction.
Gentleman stocking the floor was very helpful (he is nice every time I see him). They do however need to fix the loyalty program as the past three visits my points have not been counted. I think there is a disconnect between your name being found and going forward with the transaction. "Cancel" gets selected after the name is found
Every Wednesday I take my mother to the TSA on Merrill Rd and then to lunch. We call it our “date” day. On June 10, we looked forward to our normal Wednesday adventure but instead were confronted with the rudest, nastiest woman named Paige who is now running the Merrill Rd location. My mom asked her for a discount on a jacket that had several ink stains on it and Paige’s rude response was “If you don’t want it, leave it but I’m not going to discount it for you.” She then walked away abruptly and the cashier then apologized to us and said “she is always rude to the customers”. I was completely shocked by this behavior because the previous manager was always pleasant, helpful, and respectful. I spend a lot of money at this store weekly and I also donate a ton of items to TSA so I don’t appreciate being treated this rudely. I have no intentions on returning and will gladly take my business and donations elsewhere.
I’m not sure what’s going on but this store smells like straight urine. I get thrift stores aren’t going to smell great it is a thrift store but I didn’t want to purchase a single thing from this location simply because of the smell I couldn’t even spend more than 15 mins in here. I’m not sure if they used dirty mop water from the bathroom in other parts of the store or what but it’s awful this was on 7/16/26.
