I really wanted to love this store. Their clothing selection is great, which is why I’ve been in several times and have even brought friends with me. After each visit, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping maybe I had just caught someone on a bad day. Unfortunately, after my fourth visit, I’ve decided I won’t be going back. Each time, I’ve found the staff and owner to be unapproachable and very unfriendly. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, you’re made to feel as though you don’t belong or that you’re somehow inconveniencing them just by being there. I gave this store multiple chances because I genuinely wanted to support and enjoy a local business, especially one with such a great selection. But customer service matters, and unfortunately, my experiences here have been consistently disappointing.
Such a find!!!!!!!! Like a local, earthy Anthropologie but BETTER! So impressed with the selection of cute women’s clothes, homewares, dishes, candles, and jewelry. I haven’t been this enamored of a boutique in a long while. Great vibe and great style! Don’t miss it!
My sister and I have been to the salty local many times! It is the cutest shop with the most friendly staff. They have quality items that last! I bought something online and it didn't come (not their fault, the mail is crazy) and they responded so kindly and offered to go over and above what was needed! We love the salty local and are so happy that we have businesses like them we can support! ♥️
So many cute things in this store. I wanted to take it all home but settled on the most perfect slip dress that I can dress up or down. It was fairly priced with excellent quality and fit like a glove. I can’t wait to visit again.
Lovely boutique shop! They cary the brand ASTR which is very hard to come by. The store associate was so kind and helped me find the perfect dress!
