My husband and I had the best time! The room was big and very clean. The bedding was so comfortable! Loved being right on the beach, steps to the sand. They provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating to every need even for our dog Sydney. Felt more like a B&B. We’ll definitely being going back time and time again. 🏖️💕

Our family of five (plus our two dogs!) stayed here for one night during a road trip, and we wished we could have stayed longer. This family-run hotel was such a wonderful find. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking beach and ocean views that made our stay feel extra special. The homemade, made-to-order breakfast was delicious and one of the highlights of our visit. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beachfront location was perfect, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the high-quality beach chairs that made it so easy to enjoy the shore. Between the gorgeous rooms, outstanding hospitality, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location, this was a memorable stop on our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

St. Augustine Beach House provides a wonderful setting for a beach experience. The location and view are superb; the decor just the right amount of beachy. We enjoyed watching the Atlantic waves through the windows and from our private deck. Complimentary beach towels and equipment, and convenient access, facilitate a day at the beach or just a leisurely stroll. Every staff member was considerate, friendly and professional. They offered local information and shared suggestions. The welcome basket of hot ciders and spiced cupcakes; the delicious made-to-order breakfasts; and the blue whale card and cake were unexpected treats. These thoughtful touches set SABH above and beyond most B&Bs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saint Augustine Beach House! The location was a 10/10—close to everything we wanted to do and perfect for a beach getaway. The property itself was absolutely adorable, clean, and had such a cozy atmosphere. The staff also surprised me with delicious cupcakes for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my day extra special! There was construction going on next door during our stay, so it was a bit noisy at times. I also asked if we could extend our checkout time, and despite the property not appearing to be fully booked, we were only offered one additional hour. A little more flexibility would have been appreciated. As it was raining a lot and we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back. For the price, I felt these small inconveniences kept it from being a full 5-star experience, so I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
