The Purse Ladies

I recently brought some items into The Purse Ladies that I was ready to part with. I had a wonderful experience working with Yvette. She was thorough in her explanation of the process and kept me updated throughout the selling process (authentication, offers, etc). I would highly recommend TPL whether you are looking to sell buy!

So excited for Jacksonville to have place to buy and sell pre loved designer merchandise. Curious to see how much I would get for my bags I went online and scheduled an appointment. This new location is in a nice area with nearby shopping and restaurants. I was greeted and introduced to the owners and Yvette who worked with me to help me understand the selling process. The store is very neat and clean, and Yvette was great to talk to. I instantly felt comfortable as we itemized the bags I had brought in for estimates. I was reassured to have estimates completed in a few days. Yvette was very prompt in keeping me updated and texted once it was complete. I did end up selling 6 out of 8 of the bags I brought in. Once they were authenticated the money was sent directly to my account. The process was seamless and I was happy with my transactions. Now I am looking at my old sunglasses and luggage to see what’s next. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Yvette for all your patience and wonderful customer service.
