I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Pavilion at Jacksonville. During one of the hardest seasons for our family, the staff treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. While everyone we encountered was amazing, I have to give a special thank you to Sam. She truly went above and beyond in every way. She was always ready to help before we even had to ask, always eager to make sure our family was comfortable, and she cared for my stepfather with such genuine love and dignity. It never felt like she was just doing her job. She made us feel seen, supported, and cared for during an incredibly difficult time. The entire staff created an environment of peace and compassion, and for that, our family will always be grateful. Thank you for treating my stepfather with such honor and for showing our family so much grace. You made a lasting difference that we will never forget.
This place is heaven sent!! The DON Mrs. Samantha Vessel was anything so I know my mother is in good hands. She answered every questions and the concern I had she ensured me that she is on top of it..

I did a review on Edgewood Nursing Home a while back and I gave them 1 star .I can say prayers changes things. I went up there today to visit someone and it's so....much cleaner and better than it was before and I pray they keep going forward in a positive direction so they have 5 stars because it's important to take care of people decently,all around with medication ,food, sanitary environment,fresh air if they can go out. All patients should be thriving.So I changed from my one star to 3 stars. We got to keep praying for those that can't see about themselves.
I was sent there for rehab due to a fall. I'm a married 50 year old female. This place us a nursing home. There were men and women in wheelchairs constantly coming into our room. If I wasn't in my right mind and able to protect myself, the men could do things to other women and no one would ever kno
