The Parkland at Orange Park

Everyone in the office is amazing and helpful. Any issues I've had were corrected very quickly. The amenities are great and it seems to be a very quiet area. I also loved that they offer a lot of events and fun things for the community through the month.

I am overly satisfied with both Daniel and Danny’s dedication and prompt responses every time we have a request. They arrive quickly the job always gets completed and the work is always done right. I love having them around. Thanks guys.

I wouldn't recommend living here at all! First of all, the buildings are old and just have a fresh coat of paint—they look good at first, but after a while, you realize they’re just covering up the grime; they paint over the bathtubs, and eventually, the paint starts peeling off. Secondly, they charge an arm and a leg for trash pickup, yet most of the time you have to haul it to the dumpster yourself. Thirdly, the manager is incredibly rude and a real pain to deal with. Also, the pool is almost never working and is dirty. And finally, even if you leave the apartment clean and without any damage, they still won't return your security deposit... It was a terrible experience for me, and I absolutely do not recommend it. 😡

UPDATED: I want to share my appreciation for the Property Manager at Parkland at Orange Park. After raising concerns about the condition of my daughter and her fiancé’s previous unit, he immediately took our worries seriously and acted with urgency. He located a clean, roach‑free apartment and facilitated a smooth transfer into a unit that is both comfortable and sanitary. What truly stood out was his accountability, calm demeanor, and genuine care for the residents. Issues can happen in any community, but the true measure of a Property Manager is in how they respond — and he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and compassion throughout the entire process. Because of his leadership and the support he provided, my review has gone up to five stars. I greatly appreciate the way he handled the situation and the care he showed for my family.
