I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Oaks at Normandy and the amazing team that makes this community feel like home. Rebecca, Tanya, and David are truly one of a kind. First of all, Tanya is hands down the BEST Property Manager in the whole wide world. Her professionalism, leadership, kindness, and dedication to both the residents and her staff are beyond incredible. You can immediately tell how much she genuinely cares about people and about making this community the absolute best it can be. She goes above and beyond every single day, and it truly shows. Rebecca just started as the new Assistant Property Manager, and already she has made such an amazing impression. She is welcoming, compassionate, professional, and truly makes residents feel heard and valued. You can tell she is going to be an incredible asset to the community, and Oaks at Normandy is lucky to have her. David, the Leasing Professional, is absolutely fantastic as well. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help with a smile. He makes the leasing experience feel easy and stress free, and his positive attitude and professionalism stand out immediately. This entire team works together so well, and you can truly feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk into the office. It is rare to find a property management team that genuinely cares the way they do. If you are looking for a community with amazing staff who treat you like family, Oaks at Normandy is the place to be! 💙

Me and my BMIT from Advance America visited this location to become a business partner with, and the staff was very friendly, kind, and professional. We came on a day that they was having there Tenet appreciation day. Tonya and Sonya were the only ones there. Thank you for your listening ear. The Apartments were very well kept up and the grounds were very, very clean. They a must live in if you wanna feel at home.

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and my experience has only gotten worse every year. First, my tires were slashed and I discovered that none of the security cameras worked—despite the fact that this is advertised as a gated community with surveillance. The gates rarely function properly, leaving the community completely exposed. Later, my car was broken into and nearly stolen when someone tried to hotwire it. Not long after, my roommate’s car was actually stolen, and once again, the cameras were “not working.” On top of the safety concerns, I have developed respiratory issues since living here. An at-home mold test confirmed mold in my unit, but management brushed it off by saying my vent was “just dirty.” I’ve asked multiple times to break my lease early for the health and safety of my two young children, and management has refused to work with me. What makes this even more insulting is the cost. I am paying over $1,700 a month for an outdated unit, while they run new move-in specials for $1,400 on updated apartments. The lack of care, safety, and integrity here is appalling. This place is a scam and a hazard. Do NOT move here—you will regret it. I’m attaching photos of what I woke up to this morning. Proving that there is water damage and mold in my unit. I am disgusted that I am forced to live here or be charged a ridiculous amount of money to break my lease.

Its a very quiet alright apartment complex the cleaning could be a little better the lake is very dirty as well as the stairs not the best lake view as in the pictures the lake is green do NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES!! There is Dog shit almost everywere in the grass. The price has went up recently but for the size of the apartments and for these to only be renovated not “new” apartments the price shouldn’t be as much thats a downside as well after that little discount they do for the first year the rent goes up even higher. To pay $35 for a dirty lake view is insane there is so MUCH trash in the lake.
